Delivery Timing
Your delivery slot is confirmed at checkout and by WhatsApp right after you place your order. Our team coordinates the exact window with you so someone is available to receive the products.
Cold Chain & Packaging
Every cut is vacuum-packed for freshness. Chilled products travel at 0–4°C and frozen products at −18°C in refrigerated vehicles. Please refrigerate or freeze items promptly on arrival.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your items at the door. Any discrepancy should be raised with the driver immediately or reported within 24 hours — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available at the address, we will contact you to reschedule. As our products are perishable, a re-delivery fee may apply.
