These Terms of Service govern your use of butcherandsteak.com (the "Website"), operated by Foodco Gourmet General Trading LLC ("Butcher and Steak", "we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order through the Website you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Orders

We sell premium fresh and frozen meat products. All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration; cuts and weights may vary slightly as products are hand-prepared. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; an order is accepted once confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other methods shown at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery is free for orders over AED 200; a delivery fee applies below this threshold as shown at checkout. Perishable products are transported chilled or frozen. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided; we are not responsible for spoilage after successful delivery or where delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable foodstuffs, they cannot be returned once delivered, except where a product is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise not of acceptable quality on arrival. In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on +971 50 251 1846 or through the Website with your order number and photos of the product. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund to the original payment method.

5. Food Safety

Keep chilled products refrigerated at 0–4°C and consume by the date on the label. Keep frozen products frozen at -18°C; once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook all products thoroughly before consumption. All our products are Halal certified.

6. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when ordering and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You may not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse its content. All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

We process personal data (such as your name, contact details and delivery address) to fulfil orders and operate the Website, and do not sell your personal data. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

9. Governing Law & Contact
